You're not hungry you're thirsty

How many times have you felt hungry even though you have recently eaten?

Your body naturally seeks what it needs, and that is oxygen. That is why you may feel hungry but you are actually thirsty. Of course, you should eat because of other necessary ingredients, but if you ate half an hour ago and you still feel hungry, your body is looking for what it didn't get through food.
Ah yes, you also drank water, but something is missing
Your body cells lack oxygen. The water you drank was either from the tap, or you opted for a "healthier" option - bottled water. So let's start in order.
Tap water
Even if you live in a country or part of the world where the water is of exceptional quality, it has to go through the water pipes to get to you. Have you ever wondered when those pipes were last cleaned, and if ever. Such water, no matter how good it is at the source, passes through the pipes and picks up countless rust particles. Rust is nothing but oxidized pipe material, which when it gets into your body, continues the oxidation process. This subsequently produces free radicals and there are problems, even diseases. In addition, chlorine and many other chemicals are added to improve water quality.

All of this, along with rust, fills your cells. and there you go, lack of oxygen, and your brain is constantly sending impulses to the body that it needs oxygen. You then reach for the food and feel dizzy afterwards.

The only exception is the water that comes from the Alps. As it descends to the plain, from where it can be channelled across the reservoir to you, it hits the mineral-rich rocks of the mountain. It is precisely such minerals that manage to preserve the high quality of water. But not everyone lives in the Alpine countries.

Even in highly developed countries, tap water is often of poor quality. In addition to not bringing in enough oxygen, it can promote many diseases. It is an incredible fact that enough oxygen in the body not only prevents, but also cures diseases.
Bottled water
While we listen to advertisements that bottled water is of high quality, because it is collected from the purest mountain sources, we are not aware of one fact.

The bottle is made of plastic.

Okay, no big deal, but what's really going on here.

Will the big corporations that sell bottled water find the fastest route from the factory to you. They won't. During transport, large packages of water can sit in the sun for hours at an airport, while waiting to be picked up, and then take another plane to the next airport. And so at least twice, and in reality much more.

Plastic naturally dissolves in the sun, and particles of micro plastic get into the "pure spring water". By the time it reaches you, the thirsty ones, it's full of it and you get a nice drink of microplastics.

You've probably inhaled smoke from burning plastic at some point. Nausea and dizziness at the moment. Again, due to the lack of oxygen. And when you drink bottled water, the same thing happens, only slower and in the long run. While you will immediately move away from burning plastic, you will drink water with microplastics for years and slowly harm your health without even realizing it.

That's why the best solution for your hunger, low mood, low motivation and dizziness, God forbid illness, is quality water. Exactly the one with a pH value that naturally suits your body. And yes, there are additives in bottled water that make it alkalized, meaning to taste as alkaline. But the one we need is alkaline, and without additives, of course.

One more important point: by not using plastic, the pollution of the already polluted environment is drastically reduced.
